Sketching Your Ideas

Refining the Design

Once we’ve settled on a design, we dive into the details. Using AutoCAD, we create full-scale blueprints of your home, from the rooflines to window placements and siding choices. At this stage, the finer elements of the design come together, and we work through a limited number of revisions to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

Finalizing Construction Documents

In the final stage, we prepare the complete construction documents. These include all the essential details, from foundation plans to trim and stonework. These documents provide your builder with everything they need to construct your custom home to the highest standard, with no further revisions unless required by engineering.
